I recommend adding one more to your list – FTP Manager Lite is a free FTP client. The clean interface is super easy to use. It performs file transfers quickly and efficiently. Just drag the file from the source and drop it to destination.

I second the suggestion of CDBurnerXP for burning.

Handy Recovery 1.0 is about 7 years out of date, and the newer versions (they’re up to 5.0 now) are not free. I suggest Recuva instead.
