I know this post is heavily outdated but do you guys know of a non linear video editing program that is freeware and for commercial use?

I second the suggestion of CDBurnerXP for burning.

Handy Recovery 1.0 is about 7 years out of date, and the newer versions (they’re up to 5.0 now) are not free. I suggest Recuva instead.
